The blogger challenge
We’ve teamed up with organic fruit and veg specialists Abel & Cole and five top bloggers for a month-long challenge. Each one is seeing what they can do with the food box produce, posting recipes and ideas to inspire people to get their recommended 10 portions every day in the most interesting ways possible.
Here’s a little lowdown about the bloggers…
Green For All Seasons
Victoria-Anne Tessa is a writer, wellness consultant, personal trainer and seasoned editor. She started conscious living platform Green For All Seasons two years ago to share her personal experience after ending up in hospital suffering from a collapsed immune system and then coping with the challenges of managing coeliac disease. The green living site and workshop brand is a curation of tips that have aided her back to health and draws on knowledge from friends who are experts in their field and are all passionate about sharing the message of wellness, self-love and creativity with the change of every season.
Suppers In Season
As well as studying to be a Nutritional Therapist at the College Of Natural Medicine, Caroline is the author of Suppers In Season. The food blog hosts a collection of easy, healthy, predominantly plant-based recipes, inspired by the seasons. Her aim is to encourage people to eat more local seasonal produce, enjoying fruit and vegetables when they are at their freshest, tastiest and most nutritious. Despite living in London, with her husband and baby, she loves spending time in her little garden where she grows herbs and vegetables.
That Fitster
That Fitster founder Catarina is an award-winning healthy food and fitness blogger and mum of three living in London. She changed her lifestyle following the birth of her third child and was inspired to share her fun-packed, balanced take on a healthy lifestyle — including tips, food, activewear and travel — with others.
Buttercup Days
As well as a food stylist, photographer, writer and author of the blog Buttercup Days, Louise is wishlist editor of The Simple Things. She’s also a self-confessed lover of ‘puddings, nostalgia and all things Scandi’.
Seeds + Stitches
Fitting with her passion for soulful interiors and seasonal living, Hannah writes Seeds + Stitches alongside working as ‘her dream job’ styling beautiful homes, events and products. She lives in Kent with her ‘mister, 5-year-old and baby’.
