Join Re:Centre on 25 May for “Looking in with Love,” an in-depth experimental yoga workshop made up of breath-work, mindful moment and self-inquiry. Continuing the journey towards self-discovery, attend the “Breaking Through” motivational workshop on 9 June to begin the journey to a positive mindset. For a quick moment of meditation, swing by the Rebalance Room at Affordable Art Fair for a half-hour breathwork session with “The Breath Guy,” Richie Bostock. He’ll lead you through mindful breathing exercises, designed to lower anxiety and offer a sense of peace. The sessions run from 2 pm on the 9, 10 and 11 of May, and start at 10 am on the 12.
