8 events to help you chase away the January blues
Blue Monday is fast approaching. Monday 21st January marks one of the most depressing days of the year due to a combination of cold nights and dark days, financial debt, low motivation, and a host of other post-Christmas and New Year factors. So, we’ve rounded up the best events happening this month that will help drag you out of your winter funk and come out the other side of Blue Monday in one piece.
‘The Art of Being’ Wellness Events at The Gherkin
Throughout January, Searcys at The Gherkin is running a series of events hosted by an all-female line-up, including renowned nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert and artist-in-residence Clotilde Lataille, to help you dispel the January blues and blow away the cobwebs whilst trying something new.

Baya Free Yoga Classes at Boxpark Shoreditch
