Skin Food, hosted by panellists Nicola Ludlam-Raine, Dr Anjeli Mahto, and Kadeeja Khan, looks into the scientific links between food and skin with a focus on acne and skin ageing, as well as the medical and cosmetic aspects of skin care. The panel will also discuss beauty culture and the skin positivity movement, and will look at practical ways to accept and feel confident with the skin we’re in.
