Join BALANCE and wellbeing expert Jasmin Harsono, the founder of holistic health brand Emerald and Tiger, as we guide you through an exploration of stunning Austria.

On 18 September at Gallery on 5 in London’s Clerkenwell, we invite you to take part in a sound bath where you will go on a sensory and movement journey, visually guiding you through the experience of Austria’s picturesque sights and landscapes. Travel through the alpine passes, valleys, forests, lakes and rivers, and just imagine the artistic legacy of Austria’s capital, Vienna, shaped by such infamous residents as Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud.

Austria is the ultimate wellness destination. With everything from stunning Alpine scenery and mindful walks through to herb hikes, thermal spas and even a mountain yoga festival, it is the perfect location for a mindful, relaxing holiday.

Jasmin will take you through this Austrian themed experience with guided meditation and majestic sounds from the crystal bowls, gong, drum, intuitive voice and other instruments.

The immersive yoga session will be led by Hannah Jackson, who has taught yoga for six years and draws on her previous experience as a dancer as well as her love for physical movement and the play and exploration that they invite. Hannah will share an elemental yoga flow with traditional music, all weaved together to take you on an inner exploration of beautiful Austria.

This will be followed by a delicious Austria-inspired vegan brunch from Rock My Bowl, after which you will be given a fabulous goody bag filled with wellness treats to take home, energised and ready for the rest of your weekend.
