It has recently been announced that London’s Heathrow airport has had a £50 million security upgrade, meaning that travellers no longer have to root through their carry-on bags to remove their 1ooml liquids. Eliminating the need for plastic liquids bags, the move means a whole lot less plastic will be used across all terminals of the airport and a quicker transition through security. Hoorah!
