11th August – Brixton Jamm: Proseccoville

Dreaming of drinking prosecco on a sandy beach? At Brixton Jamm’s Proseccoville you can do exactly that. 18th August – Botanical Cocktails Workshop at The Culpeper

Perfect for any green-fingered cocktail lover, at The Culpeper’s relaxing rooftop cocktail masterclass you’ll learn how to turn your outdoor space into a botanical cocktail garden. Using freshly picked herbs from The Culpeper’s own roof garden to make tinctures, syrups and infusions, you will create your very own mid-morning aperitif. The £25 tickets also include a light lunch cooked on the wood-fired grill.

18th and 25th August – Bermondsey Microbrewery Craft Beer Tasting Experience

The Bermondsey microbrewery experience will take you on a guided tour of 5 different breweries in the area including the Southwark Brewery, Anspach & Hobday Brewery, Affinity Brewery, Partizan Brewery’s, and Fourpure Brewery. With the chance to taste the craft beer of each brewery, you get a lot of beer for your buck.

Weekdays throughout August – Gin School & Bespoke Gin-Making at Unit 53

Flavoured gins are all the rage at the moment which is why HALF HITCH is giving you the opportunity to make your own. Using your own ingredients, such as fruit and botanicals, in the hour-long session, you’ll learn how to flavour gin in the micro-distillery in Camden Market. You’ll also be creating yourr bespoke gin in pairs so it’s best to bring a friend with you. As part of your £60 ticket, you’ll receive a 100ml bottle of your bespoke blend and a 100ml bottle of HALF HITCH to take home.

Every Thursday – Mojito Masterclass at Chino Latino

For award-winning pan-asian food and minty mojitos, Chino Latino is the only place to be. For just £25 you’ll enjoy a welcome drink followed by a short talk on the history of rum with a Mojito demonstration by Chino Latino’s Head Bartender. You’ll then create your own Chino Mojito to sip on whilst dining on a dim-sum sharing platter, listening to live music and watching the sun go down.
