Mindful Running Workshop with Balance and Lucozade Fitwater
Fancy training with London’s biggest and best mindful running crew, Chasing Lights Collective, making new friends and being gifted with a bottle of Lucozade Fitwater and a bag of treats? You’ve come to the right place.
This isn’t any old run though because during this workshop, you’ll learn how to run lighter, easier, and with less chance of injury while focusing on quietening the mind at the same time. So, whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, this is the chance to think about your form, soak up your surroundings, and allow your thoughts to float away without being disruptive.

Not only has the Ham Yard Hotel stolen chosen an excellent title and hashtag for its #LiveWell series, it also has an amazing line-up of experts across the health, fitness and wellbeing world. Expect a series of inspiring sessions including pop-up fitness classes from Psycle London, spa offerings and a series of talks curated by Sweaty Betty hosted at, none other, than the Ham Yard’s own exclusive rooftop.

Over the course of three days this August, US yoga expert Bo Forbes is coming to London to immerse hardcore yogi’s in mindfulness, neuroscience and movement studies.

Mindful Hot Chocolate Meditation
Mindfulness and hot chocolate aren’t things you often put together but here we are. Combining hot chocolate with a gentle breathing meditation you will learn how to engage all your senses and how to step away from the hustle and bustle of city life to slow down and enjoy the sweet, sweet aromas of chocolate.

Plogging Club with Madeline Shaw and VIVOBAREFOOT
Londoners sure know a thing or two about multi-tasking but VIVOBAREFOOT has given it a philanthropic twist with their new Plogging Club which combines jogging with picking up litter and will see attendees boost their fitness and protect the environment at the same time.
It doesn’t end there though, Ploggers can swap the litter they collect for a brand-new pair of VIVOBAREFOOT shoes that are made from at least 17 discarded plastic bottles.
