Scenarios for successful slumber
How to sleep better is an age-old question but what about how to set up your bedroom to maximise sleep? We asked The Sleep Guru, Anadi, who champions Ayurveda to promote deep, profound sleep, she said; “Remove all gadgets and have nothing under the bed, which is best positioned east/west. Make the bedroom free of clutter, dust and anything unnecessary, place flowers or beautiful scented candles around and have low lights. Optimum temperature is 17-22 degrees and 29 degrees under the covers.”
MAKE LIGHT WORK

AND RELAX…

FINAL CURTAIN
Curtains are nice, but don’t provide the pure darkness you need for a top night’s sleep, and can be a reason for failure to sleep beyond 6am. Blackout blinds are an inexpensive necessity
