Amiee Carlton, founder of Liferocks.store, attempts to bring the “out there”, here, and unravel the minefield that is Crystals. Amiee Carlton is an energy and motivational coach. She uses crystals as a modality for realignment and stimulation of the subtle bodies. Her aim is to educate us on the vibrational powers of crystals one month at a time.

This month we are going to learn about Ruby. Ruby is the ultimate grounding stone. It stimulates our basic instinct for survival and ignites the fire energy inside of us to really “be” on this planet. This crystal strongly energises the root chakra, expanding this energy centre and giving rise to a true connection of the inner self. Raising awareness and contemplation like, “Am I meeting my ideals and needs?” “Am I receiving what I need in my work?”  “Is this serving me?”  “What may need to change?”

Such questioning also applies to our personal world. “Am I in relationships that are nurturing me and my life here on this planet?”  “Am I giving and receiving affectively?” “Am I surrounding myself with people who nurture and accept me?” “Am I accepting toxicity in my relations and blurring personal boundaries? Both mine and of those I love?”

By the same token, what can we ask of our physical Health?

“Am I living day to day in a way that enables me to be healthy and physically strong, effective and energised?”  If not, “how can I achieve these things so I can live in a more effective way during my time here on this planet?” Such vibrations and personal questioning will enable space for the answers of what can truly serve us for our best, most optimum experience.

With Ruby holding so much energy and passion, its frequency enables us to feel the confidence and enthusiasm to see what needs to be done in answer to these questions. It creates a desire and drive to take whatever steps necessary to move forward and make positive change in feeling more balanced, enabling us to have more personal wisdom regarding our needs.

Ruby is also famous for being a prosperity stone. Prosperity of wealth, of sexual desire and of our physical connection to the Earth: all vibrations of groundedness and understanding of our existence as humans.

Ruby not only encourages us to meet our personal spiritual needs to bring out our best balanced selves, but also to help us connect to our more physical needs such as money, sexual connection and physical existence that we need to thrive on this planet.

In conclusion working with a Ruby can really help to align the self with what you really need to have around you and what action needs to be taken by you in order to really feel like you are living your souls purpose on this earth.
