I’ve worked with many people over the course of my career; coaches, business mentors, spiritual leaders and the BIGGEST thing to master is the mind. Because we are so close to it. We’re so connected to it. We are PROGRAMMED to listen to it. And obey it. All. Day. long.
The mind is very malleable, so we can easily reboot and transform it.
It’s time to stop allowing the mind to call the shots – it’s time to take back FULL responsibility and create from a more aligned place that’s not coming from fear (and your past experiences) but from possibility and a richer future.
HERE ARE MY TOP TIPS:
1. Old Stories have gotta go!
What are your 3 BIGGEST limiting stories? What do you constantly tell yourself? What are your go-to excuses and fears? Get super conscious of what your biggest stories and limiting beliefs are, in order to change them.
2. Re-focus on the good stuff.
Stop focusing on what you don’t have because it creates more of it. Focus on what is working, what’s going well, celebrate the wins.
3. Take BOLD action.
When opportunities arise say YES, go for ‘em, dare to do things for the first time, stop procrastinating on all the things you’ve been saying you would do. Taking action is KEY.
