5 November Events Worth Noting Down

Part of the ON EDGE: Living in an Age of Anxiety free exhibition at Science Gallery London, this evening will look at how social prescribing – in addition to or instead of medication – could be a beneficial way of addressing the rising prevalence of social anxiety in young people. Could prescribing arts and leisure activities that encourage social interaction and physical activity be provided to anxious people alongside – or maybe even instead of – medication? Through talks, discussions, and artist-led activities, these ideas will be explored.
