Ever wondered one sleep position is better than another? We asked the expert, Hope Bastine, Consultant Sleep Psychologist for Simba Sleep.
The answer? “That depends on your needs and if you have any conditions”, says Bastine. “Pregnant women are better off on their side, which is also advisable if you snore. Ultimately, we should sleep in a position that reduces the frequency of movement, so I advise people to adopt the position that’s most comfortable and they think they can stay in for the longest amount of time”.
