The experts at Where the pancakes are in Flat Iron Square are whisking up an all-day feast for Shrove Tuesday. From their restaurant and pop-up kitchens in the cosy Alpine Lodge, they will be serving up six of their iconic flavours of buttermilk and vegan pancakes, as well as marshalling an epic Pancake Race at 8pm. Whether you’re a lover of the classic lemon and sugar, or fancy something a little prestige like poached pear, the choice of toppings definitely will not disappoint.
