Get your glow on with our Skin-Supporting Smoothie Recipe
As important as a good skincare routine is, it’s even more essential to ensure the foods you’re eating on a daily basis nourish and ‘feed’ your skin from within. This will not only help to naturally enhance your glow and protect your complexion but will boost your overall health too.
Common inflammatory skin conditions including acne, rosacea and eczema require more than just topical creams and treatments to help achieve the transformational and long-term results you want. By increasing the amount inflammatory foods you eat and including a variety of fresh, colourful vegetables and nutrient-dense wholefoods, you will be feeding your skin internally with the antioxidants it needs to thrive and help fight inflammation in your body relating to your skin issues.

Plant based milk of your choice (enough to cover ingredients)
Blend up and enjoy!
As part of a skin-boosting nutrition regime I recommend some of my clients take a supplement to further support their skin journey. For very dry or ageing skins in need of a boost I recommend ‘The Hyaluronic Complex’ by Potion London as it contains vitamin C and MSM to support collagen function and formation.
As almost half the body’s hyaluronic acid is found in the collagen of your skin and the moisture retaining properties of hyaluronic acid keep the skin looking hydrated, plump and youthful, I also recommend using skincare products containing hyaluronic acid too. This ‘inside-out’ approach will ensure you are doing all you can for the health of your skin.
