Join us for a free one-day mind and body event on Wednesday 20 February at 17-19 Triton Street, NW1 3BF.

With dawn til dusk music, free smoothies, workshops, talks and taster fitness classes, fuel your mind & body and get feeling good with Regent’s Place.
