Dougie Freedman on shaping young lives
A-level results + the return of the football season = bonus episode!
We will explain: Dougie Freedman is one of the most beloved footballers in the history of Crystal Palace. But you don’t need to be a football fan to enjoy this episode. That’s because Dougie and former Palace teammate Gavin Heeroo have set up a company called Focus Fitness UK. They’ve also teamed up with Job Today for a Summer Camp project, which is aimed at people pursuing a passion. It’s all very timely in the wake of A-level results coming out. After all, there was a time when pursuing a passion was considered unrealistic. These days, it is much more acceptable.
This episode is sponsored by Orange Theory Fitness – Orangetheory is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workout designed to produce results from the inside out.
