Do you want to be a change-maker?
Are you tired of accepting things the way they are? Could you encourage transformation in others? Do you want to make more of an impact on the world?
Affecting societal and personal change is a big part of the BALANCE brand, so we’re hosting a panel discussion to energise and inspire, aiming to show how we can all make a difference.
Founder and editor of BALANCE Sophie Scott will be joined by Bernadette Russell, author of 366 Days of Kindness, who committed herself to making the world a better place through daily acts of kindness; Joel Beckman, operations director of CALM, who campaigns to get modern men talking about mental health; Jessica Huie MBE, author of Purpose, Find Your Truth and Embrace Your Calling; and Claud Williams, entrepreneur, inspirational speaker and founder of Dream Nation.
The talk will take place on the main stage at this year’s Best You Expo on 17th February at 4pm. The two-day event, held at Olympia London, gathers those passionate about living better lives, creating a better world, gaining greater mindfulness and meaning in our modern age. Basically, people who you like to be around as they make you feel so bloody great about life!
The speakers, including big names like Paul McKenna and Jason Vale, come from a whole range of industries, including business, finance, health, neuroscience and new age philosophies, as well as entrepreneurs and leading CEOs. Their like-minded purpose? To discover purpose, meaning, better well-being, health, self-improvement and career growth.
For tickets, visit The Best You Expo site or enter our competitions — though LAST CHANCE as winners are chosen on Thursday 8th February!
