Free your mind, body and soul by stepping onto the mat and shedding the old ways of seeing things while inviting in a renewed sense of strength and vitality allowing you to take on new challenges both on and off the mat. Take in the breathtaking views of the London skyline while developing new paths forward and opening up to your own innate strength, resilience and playfulness – expect to work hard, get sweaty, unwind and have some fun!
