AT YOUR BEAT HOST FREE OPEN DAY TO CELEBRATE EXPANDING INTO EAST LONDON THIS JANUARY

JANUARY 2019: At Your Beat – The UK’s number one and most inclusive dance and fitness company (who come recommended by Refinery 29, US/UK Vogue, Time Out, Evening Standard, Elle & MTV) are expanding due to overwhelming demand. From January 8th 2019 they will host a brand-new program of weekly classes at POPFIT.
To celebrate, AYB invite EVERYONE to ’CAN’T BEAT THE EAST’ – FREE OPEN DAY on Saturday 5th JANUARY 2019.
This is your chance to see why AYB are the class choice for celebs, pop-stars, models, influencers and hundreds of men and women across the UK and U.S, who want a workout that feels more like a party! The FREE open day will run between 1pm and 6pm on Saturday 5th January classes of offer include:
1-2 pm StrutBEAT: Don’t just walk-STRUT to your BEAT and let your inner – bish shine on the dance floor! Get saucy to seductive rhythms, embrace your femininity and feel empowered. Heels welcome, too. Confidence-building and then some! Expect sultry and sassy routines! You’ll leave class feeling uplifted, strong and sexy!
2-3 pm FitBEAT: A calorie-burning endorphin rush to increase your general fitness levels and stamina! Colourful lights, 360 visuals & pumping tunes in a dark room – it’s basically a sober rave! What to expect: There’s no complex choreography: we teach a series of dance sequences to killer beats, your arms, legs, butt and EVERYTHING ELSE.
3-4 pm VideoBEAT: Get a glimpse into the world of a pro dancer. We break down music video style choreography, while you bring your personality. Leave class feeling inspired and more technically confident. Expect iconic dance moves you’ve always wanted to learn, great pop songs you know and love combined with feel good routines to make you feel like you are in a music video!
4-5pm Peaches & Scream: This AYB body workout focuses explicitly on butt and abs toning by combining dance cardio and fitness moves! What to expect: Dance grooves, squats, glute bridges, leg lifts, planks and crunches! We’ll use mats and resistance bands for this cheeky workout so get ready for toning up to some right tunes!
5-6pm LyricalBEAT: LyricalBEAT helps you find a deeper connection to music through freedom of movement and expression. We pay close attention to your use of breath, performance and how to utilise your raw emotions. Come and dance no matter what your mood!
