3 of the best non-alcoholic cocktail recipes
Dry January may be disappearing in the rear view mirror, but plenty of us are swearing off booze for good, or at least for a month or two longer. So for the benefit of all designated drivers we’ve enlisted the help of two of London’s finest mixologists, Gianni from St James’s Hotel & Club, and Jakub from Casita Andina and Ceviche, to make us a selection of cocktails using Seedlip non-alcoholic distilled spirits that are so good you don’t even miss the booze.
1.Virgin Negroni
A righteous take on the perennially revived stylish mid century Italian classic

Seedlip Spice 94 – contains cascarilla bark, a natural stimulant and fever reducer.
Non-alcoholic vermouth
Ice
Chinotto – Italian soda made with the bitter juice of the myrtle-leaved orange tree
Orange zest
2. La Mora
A latin boozeless take on the classic Bramble, with the classic combo of sweet blackberry, crushed ice and bitter spirits. Yes, spirits in a non-alcoholic beverage? What devilry is this? It is the work of herbal distillation wizards at Seedlip. It’s hard to believe a non-alcoholic drink can give you anything like the heady hit that a sip of gin or vodka does, but this stuff really does come very close.
