Retreat: A mindful journey inwards

The Four Seasons Vietnam Mindfulness Retreat is a three-day program designed to help guests tune into the body and tune out the mind. Running from 8th – 12th October, the retreat will be run by leading holistic practitioner and creator of the ZenNaTai, Dr. Buathon Thienarrom. The program will commence at 6.30am each day and will include a Sitting, Walking and Eating Meditation session; Dharma Talk and Sharing with metal singing bowls; plus a range of mindful practices in between.
In line with the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, the perfectly preserved Ha My Temple sits within the grounds of the resort, where regular offerings are conducted by local monks to pray for health, peace, happiness and prosperity. These values speak to the overriding ethos of Four Seasons: to take the time to reconnect with the world around us and to get reacquainted with one’s self. The temple also serves as a fascinating cultural and historical lesson for children eager to learn more.
