The V&A have announced a series of live podcast recordings in partnership with Honey & Co: The Food Talks to celebrate their latest exhibition, FOOD: Bigger Than the Plate. Hosted at the V&A, these special recordings will be taking place on 25th June and 29th July.

Join Honey & co founders, Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer for a 2-part live recording of their celebrated Honey & Co: The Food Talks podcast as part of a special mini-series exploring themes from the FOOD exhibition. The live podcast, recorded in conversation with artists from the exhibition, including Fernando Laposse of Totomoxtle and the Fallen Fruit collective, will take guests on a journey through the food cycle, from Composting and Farming in part 1, to Trading and Eating in part 2. Ticket holders will also be treated to bespoke canapés during intermission.

‘We are so happy to be partnering with the V&A on live recordings of our podcast Honey & Co: The Food Talks as part of FOOD: Bigger than the plate. Now more than ever before a conversation about our relationship with food and every stage of the food chain is so important and this exhibition could not be more timely. How food is produced, shipped, consumed and disposed of is something we chat about regularly on the podcast and so joining forces with the V&A feels so right.’ – Sarit Packer & Itamar Srulovich, Honey & Co founders

FOOD: Bigger than the Plate explores how innovative individuals, communities and organisations are radically re-inventing how we grow, distribute and experience food. Taking visitors on a sensory journey through the food cycle, from compost to table, it poses questions about how the collective choices we make can lead to a more sustainable, just and delicious food future in unexpected and playful ways.

The live recordings follow a pre-recorded episode, featuring exhibition curators Catherine Flood and May Rosenthal Sloan, Michael Zee of Symmetry Breakfast and Laura Wilson of Veda Bread.
