Bowel & Cancer Research Joins Camden Market to Raise Money

Bowel & Cancer Research are joining Camden Market from 3-10th December, selling FODMAP friendly Xmas pies to raise money and awareness for the charity.
The recipe for the Xmas pies has been provided by Bowel & Cancer Research supporter and blogger, Becky Saunders. Becky herself lives with IBS so her creative recipe complies with a low FODMAP diet. In essence, a low FODMAP diet cuts out certain carbohydrates that aren’t easily broken down in the gut to reduce or even eliminate symptoms of IBS.
Using this recipe means people that are living with various bowel conditions are also able to purchase Xmas pies whilst supporting the charity. The stall is also a great opportunity to raise awareness for Bowel & Cancer Research and the fantastic work that they do.
Money raised will help fund the latest research to improve the diagnosis and treatment of bowel cancer and other bowel diseases – to save and change lives.
