lululemon sunrise yoga at the Royal Opera House

As part of lululemon’s new store opening celebrations and to give yourself the gift of yoga this Christmas, join them for a sunrise yoga session at the Royal Opera House.

You’ll be saluting the sun in this stunning and iconic venue with Covent Garden ambassador Katie Silver leading us through our morning practice.

Expect sweat, a soundtrack to elevate your morning, breakfast and some ‘feel good’ surprises!

The need-to-knows:

The flow will be suitable for all abilities and we’d love if you could arrive from 7:15am so we can start our practice at 7:30am sharp.

Please come to the main entrance on Bow Street where a member of the lululemon team will be on hand to greet and direct you. There will be a cloakroom for all of your items of importance and mats are provided.

Please be aware that the session will be filmed, as well as there being photography for the duration. As always this session is first come, first mat.
