Kino MacGregor: Depth, Power and Presence – a three day ashtanga yoga journey at triyoga

Kino has made many trips to India to cultivate her relatable approach to yoga which has made her workshops unparalleled in the global yoga community. She has more than 18 years of experience in Ashtanga Yoga, and is the youngest woman ever to receive the Certification to teach Ashtanga yoga by its founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India.
Each morning practice will have ample time to include breakdowns and discussion of specific asanas as well as give crucial information about the Ashtanga yoga method. Her classes are designed to be both useful independently and as a set upon which to build.
