Om & Ah at the Ministry – A Journey through the Cosmos

Mariel Witmond (@mindfulsonder) and Richie Bostock (@thebreathguy) are pleased to present the newest edition of Om & Ah at the world famous Ministry of Sound nightclub. Leave life as you know it behind and prepare for an out of this world (and maybe even body) experience as we blast you off into the Cosmos.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a healthy and energising drink and the opportunity to embrace your inner alien with glow in the dark face and body paint. Lose yourself in the lights and epic sounds as a live DJ soundtracks your journey while Mariel moves you through a playful and energetic vinyasa flow which is suitable for all levels.

We will then come back to earth for a small interval where a light snack and energising cacao shot will be served.

Then prepare to lift off again as Richie guides you in a carefully crafted multi-sensory Breathwork journey through our Solar System. Richie will once again be accompanied by internationally renowned Sound Architect, Tom Middleton, who will be providing psychoacoustic soundscapes using the latest scientific research in sound design to induce states of being. Through total immersion in breath, light, sound and smell – expect an experience you never thought possible.

As you slowly come back to earth, you have the option to stay and move with Tom Middleton who will provide you with an epic set to match your blissful vibes you will have just created.

All levels are welcome. Arrive at 10:00 to get your mat, enjoy a welcome drink and paint your face/body with glow in the dark paint! The yoga will start at 10:30. The Breathwork will finish at 13:00 and there is an option to stay and dance till 13:30 (highly recommended!).

Please bring something warm for the breathing, possibly a change of clothes for after yoga, and any props you might want/need. Lululemon will be providing the yoga mats and there will be epic goodie bags from our other amazing sponsors.

Unfortunately this event is not suitable for pregnant women, people with Epilepsy or with serious pre-existing cardiovascular issues.
