The series will be shown in three parts\, with breaks for Pride-and-Prejudice-themed refreshments\, and an opportunity to shop for period-positive Christmas gifts. Pajamas are suggested but not compulsory. \nThat Time of the Month screens period dramas to fundraise for the Red Box Project\, a community-led initiative to combat period poverty in schools. One in ten girls in the UK have been unable to afford sanitary wear\, 49 per cent of girls have missed an entire day of school because of their period\, and 48 per cent of girls aged 14-21 are embarrassed by their periods . \nThe Red Box Project requests donations of sanitary pads (all varieties of length and flow)\, tampons (regular or light)\, panty liners (individually wrapped)\, small packets of Femfresh wipes (or similar)\, disposable sanitary bags\, new dark coloured knickers (sizes child 10-11 up to adult size 16)\, small roll-on deodorants\, shower gel and opaque black tights (all sizes). \nAttendees are encouraged to bring sanitary donations to fill Red Boxes on the night\, and can learn how to set up Red Box donation points. There is a period-drama-themed raffle at each screening\, with tickets available for purchase or swapped with donations in kind.
