yogahaven and Battersea Dogs & Cats Home launch one-off Doga event

On Thursday 21^st March, yogahaven’s founder Allie Hill will take the lead – quite literally – in this rather special fundraising class. To the amusement of some of Battersea’s furry friends, this 90-minute yoga class will take place on the vertiginous seventh floor of Battersea’s eye-catching blue centre in London, overlooking some of the Capital’s most iconic landmarks. From downward dog to cats pose this class is suitable for all levels, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.

Visiting yogis will be greeted by a group of ex Battersea residents and, pre-yoga, will have the opportunity to mingle with the mutts among the yoga mats while listening to a talk from  Battersea’s longstanding volunteer Chris McLean. After the session, you will enjoy a well-earned drink and power-snack will follow, courtesy of Brickwood, with all guests leaving with a great goody bag, and possibly dreaming of adopting a new dog…?

£20 per person (includes a 90 minute yoga class, followed by a talk from Battersea, drinks, snacks and a goody bag.
