The one part of the day that’s supposed to offer a moment’s respite is the lunch break, but all-too-often it slips away, due to a barrage of meetings, emails, and calls. Fortunately, Soft Landings has that covered too. The Lunchtime Rhythms session takes place between 12pm and 2pm, and is a perfect opportunity to reboot in time for a busy afternoon back in the office. Consult self care love doctors and specialist wellness consultants, indulge in delicious vegan street food, and kick back to a set by a Felix Buxton (Basement Jaxx).
When the end of the working day finally rolls around, it’s never quite as simple as switching off and slowing down. Already thinking about meetings for the following week, or a hectic weekend ahead, Soft Landing’s After-Work Concert is here to make unwinding a lot easier.
It’s the perfect time to relax with friends and enjoy mouth-watering mocktails, as well as taking in the sounds from London’s captivating Alxndr London and Holly Roxanne, an afro-beats orchestra, and surprise guest appearances.
