Salsa or Cha Cha Cha into 2019 with Latin and Ballroom Dance Company; Santhosh Dance

Hot on the heels of Strictly glitter ball fever, London based dance company, Santhosh Dance, announces the addition of American Hustle & Smooth classes for 2019, completing the current Dance Fitness schedule.

Based in London and founded by Samiya Noordeen, Santhosh means “joy” in Sanskrit and Santhosh Dance’s mantra is “Dance to Freedom and Fitness”.  Students are offered the opportunity to channel their inner Strictly divas, dancing with professional instructors in groups or on a one to one basis, depending on the class and level of dance chosen.

Regardless of experience and skill, there is a class to suit everyone; from Latin Fitness (based on disco) to American Hustle, with Salsa, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba in between.  With mental and physical fitness top of the UK lifestyle agenda and the nation’s insatiable appetite for all things Strictly, Santhosh Dance strikes a chord with those wishing to challenge themselves with the acquisition of a new skill as well as setting themselves on an alternative path to fitness.

Alongside the set schedule of classes, Santhosh Dance offers a range of workshops exploring and celebrating focal points of Salsa, Latin and ballroom dance.  Based in Notting Hill’s Tabernacle and Danceworks in Mayfair, all classes and workshops are led by professionally trained, highly experienced teachers whose professionalism and enthusiasm ensure a very high repeat client ratio.
