With performance running set to be one of the biggest fitness trends of 2019, Pullman Hotels & Resorts will launch its athlete-inspired Running Club in partnership with Track Life LDN on Tuesday 22 January 2019 at Pullman London St Pancras. Partnering with renowned fitness expert and Technogym Global Master Trainer, Rory Knight, along with Omar Mansour, who has trained under Great Britain coaches as an 800m junior athlete, Track Life LDN will offer Pullman guests and members of the public the chance to train like elite athletes in one of the most notable areas in the capital.

While 2018 was the year of mindful running, 2019 will be the year consumers focus on performance running and the technical nature of their training. The Running Club, which will be free of charge and will run monthly from January until June 2019, will see participants meet at Pullman London St Pancras for a pre-run warm up before heading to the picturesque Regents Park, with a route that will take runners via a number of London’s iconic landmarks.

Whether participants are experienced, intermediate or beginner runners, Track Life LDN’s approach is to ensure everyone is challenged, pushed to their full ability and able to master their personal workout game. All that is required is energy, a positive mindset and the passion to achieve a personal best. Pullman guests and members can expect high octane agility drills to improve coordination, speed, power and reflexes before a 3-kilometre run through the capital. After every session, runners are invited to refuel in the Pullman London St Pancras lounge, enjoying complimentary nutritious refreshments from brands including NOCCO, Barebells, Form Nutrition, and Purpose Foods, followed by a Q&A session with leading wellness experts and running footwear consultations courtesy of Profeet.

To ensure guests and visitors are left feeling up to speed on the latest wellness trends, Pullman has confirmed the following guest speakers to discuss all things health and fitness:  Sarah Ann Macklin, international Model and Nutritionist; Ross Murray, Olympic middle-distance runner; Natalie Bojanic, Co-Founder of Form Nutrition;  Dr Adam Collins, Head of Nutrition at Form Nutrition, and Stuart Sandeman, Transformation Coach and Founder of Breathpod.
