Rachel Dring and Abi Adams are VERY excited to be offering their second Mini City Retreat on Saturday 6th April at Fora Creative Workspace, Borough Market.
Feel like you need to slow down? Our definition of SLOW is Seeking Long-term Optimal Wellness, and we want you to join us as we delve into the concept of raising our vibration through the power of movement and Kundalini yoga, Bioenergetic movement, live music with the wonderful Gabriele Pollina, rewilding workshop with Tony Riddle, the Natural Lifestylist, empowering conversation and high vibrational vegan food.
Move with Abi as she explores the practice of mental and spiritual freedom through movement and energy release, and eat with Rachel as she offers up the best of the current seasons produce with a good healthy conversation on food.
