Mindful Running Workshop and 5K

It’s time to take your mindfulness practice outdoors and tune into your body.
What is mindful movement?
Being connected to movement can help reduce anxiety, depression, stress, and pain. And if you’re able to be more mindful during your run, you can think about your form, soak up your surroundings, and allow your thoughts to float away without being disruptive. The focus is not on speed or distance, but rather on connecting the dots between mind and body, to improve your overall experience of running.
About the workshop
You’ll be shown simple breathing techniques that will not only help you to run more consistently, with more ease and flow, but also reconnect with how running feeds your soul. You’ll discover how mindful movement can help you tap into that space beyond your busy mind where you are already calm and clear. After the workshop, there will be time for questions and refreshments will be provided.
What’s more, all attendees will receive a VIP goody bag containing health and beauty products.
NB: It’s advisable to arrive 15-20 minutes before the 10am start to sign in and drop off your bags. We recommend you travel light and wear comfortable clothing to run in and trainers.
