lululemon Sweatlife Festival at the Tobacco Dock

June 22, 2019 @ 8:30 am - June 23, 2019 @ 5:30 pm

   |   lululemon

On the 22nd and 23rd June, lululemon’s Sweatlife Festival returns to London’s Tobacco Dock for the fourth year – bringing together leading studios, local and globally-renowned yoga teachers and inspirational speakers for one sweaty, fun, thought-provoking weekend.

There’ll also be plenty more to explore and experience, with a market hall, great food and drink, chill-out areas, drop-in massages and a few exciting surprises throughout the weekend.

OPPORTUNITIES TO SWEAT AND BEND

Sweatlife Festival is a party celebrating the ever evolving, expanding and pioneering UK wellness landscape, catering to all levels and sweat preferences across yoga, boxing, pilates, spin, barre, bootcamp and dance.

Get your heart pumping with a sweaty sculpting session by Barry’s Bootcamp, stay on your toes with an intensive HIIT workshop from Third Space and Un1t London, punch it out with Ko:Box and Manor, or become the master of riding to the beat in a bass-thumping Psycle class, before finding your flow with energizing yoga practices led by inspiring instructors like Annie Clarke, David Kam, Janet Stone, and many more.

If running is more your thing then lace up your trainers for a sweaty route around the docks lead by influencers Twice the Health, a gentle morning jog with marathon-addict Amy Hughes, or even a technical run and breathwork session with Run Dem Crew founder Charlie Dark and breathwork coach Artur Paulins. Classes will be hosted by Ambassadors from London, Guildford, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dublin.

OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN AND GROW

Want to calm things down a bit? Re-connect with your mind in one of the many meditation sessions over the weekend, learn how to breathe with purpose with Breathwork evangelist, Richie Bostock, or unlock the secrets to an effective and tailored meditation practice with burnout specialist Dr Dani Gordon.

Committed to being in real conversation about the topics shaping the holistic wellness landscape, lululemon will also host a schedule of stimulating speaker sessions throughout the weekend. Events will range from formal talks lead by lululemon on topics like effective goal setting and how to productively use your time, to a range of panel talks – such as ‘Badass Women of Sport’, where female athletes and fitness professionals will discuss how to overcome gender stereotyping in sports, and an open and casual chat lead by Mental Health Mates founder Bryony Gordon on how group exercise is a sure fire way to overcome mental angst and remain emotionally and psychologically balanced.
