Hard Rock Hotels latest Rock Om® Yoga Retreat in Switzerland

Following the highly anticipated launch of Rock Om® in 2018, Hard Rock Hotels’ in-room amenity program, the brand is thrilled to announce the first Rock Om® Retreat at Hard Rock Hotel Davos from 20 – 22 September 2019. Situated in the highest town in the Alps, the three-day retreat will join music and wellness, offering a twist on the typical yoga retreat with music-infused practice.

Available at all Hard Rock hotels, Rock Om® is an invigorating in-room yoga program, combining the serenity of the art of yoga with the vibrant energy of music, to give a one-of-a-kind yoga experience. The Rock Om® Retreat will build on the success of the program, allowing guests to experience the offering in a group setting for the first time. Visionary producer and yogi, DJ Drez, will bring this yoga retreat to life at Hard Rock Hotel Davos, alongside his wife and yoga instructor, Marti Nikko. Complete with gifted Manduka yoga mats, the Rock Om® Retreat promises to bring an elevated yoga experience with a DJ, to guests of all abilities.

The Rock Om® Retreat will feature a series of activities including a Rhythm and Motion® spa treatment, a unique massage experience combining amplified vibrations, pressures and patterns to create a series of purifying treatments. A curated three-course healthy dinner will take place on both nights of the Retreat, and following the first dinner, the Rock Om® Retreat experience will commence with a Sunset Welcome Party featuring a live DJ and themed cocktails on the rooftop terrace, rounding off the first evening.

On the second day, guests will boost their energy levels with an alpine hike to the captivating Schatzalp, where a healthy picnic and meditation amidst the crisp forest awaits. The day will conclude with a Detox/Retox yoga session in the hotel’s chapel featuring the live musical stylings of sound ambassador DJ Drez, accompanying the yoga experience from start to finish. As DJ Drez mixes a soundtrack fusing energising favourites with blissful melodies, Marti will introduce an exhilarating yoga flow. A healthy breakfast followed by sunrise yoga on the rooftop terrace and a ‘mat chat’ consultation with DJ Drez and Marti concludes the final day of the Retreat.

Throughout the retreat, there will be ample time to explore the fresh alpine landscape by foot or by bike and the hotel also offers an array of exhilarating outdoor activities, such a horse-drawn carriage ride through the town, summer tobogganing, or stand-up paddleboarding on a nearby alpine lake. After an exhilarating day outdoors, guests are also invited to unwind in the Rock Spa®, comprising of a 57 square metre pool, Kneipp Walk Pool, whirlpool, several saunas, a steam bath and an ice room.

The price for one person to join the Rock Om® Retreat starts from CHF850 (approx. £640) and available spaces are limited. The program includes the following:
