Botanical Cocktail Workshop

At this hands-on workshop you’ll will learn how to turn your outdoor space into a botanical cocktail garden and make tinctures, syrups and infusions from herbs picked fresh from The Culpeper roof garden.

You’ll be taught harvesting techniques to acquire the botanicals for your cocktails – transferable skills that can be used when gardening day-to-day. You’ll then put these skills into practice before transforming them from leaf to mid-morning aperitif during a cocktail masterclass.

Tickets are inclusive of a light lunch cooked on our wood fired grill, culminating of herbs, salads and vegetables fresh from our garden and served at the foot of our 8ft Gherkin.

So come and get your hands dirty and slosh back a strong drink or three. You’ll be sure to leave the workshop full of liquid courage and with a selection of herbs to grow at home.
