BALANCE & Bloomberg Arcade Present: Yoga and Live Orchestra

There’s nothing quite like a yoga session to reignite your passion for the practice. The sense of belonging that you feel with others around you from all over the city brings the unique practice of yoga to the forefront. And you don’t have to be a yogi to reap the benefits.
Continuing on from our hugely popular summer yoga series last year, BALANCE and Bloomberg Arcade invite you to join our events in April, July and August.
The 18 April event will consist of a magical hour of yoga and orchestral acoustic vibes amid the buzz in the heart of the Square Mile, followed by lunch at Etke.
Our brand new event on 6 June will take you through a breathwork meditation: a form of active breathing that helps shift the focus inwards, regulate your state of mind and create a sense of calm and purpose.
Finally, on the 8th of August, a second magical hour of yoga and orchestral to complete the series.
