May 16, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

   |   The Plant Hub + Academy
The Plant Academy’s co-founder Lauren Lovatt, who is also the founder of Feed your Mind Candy – a start up inspiring better mental health through food, is proud to announce an evening of discussion for Mental Health Awareness Week with thoughtful insights and panel talks with some of the most incredible and forward-thinking people using their influence on and offline to help normalise mental health.

Lauren – through her extensive knowledge and expertise surrounding plant-based food and its ability to inspire, educate and bring people together has got together with influencers Vix Meldrew, Sian Ryan, Richard Taylor, Emily Lavinia, Emily Warburton-Adams and Charlie Claydon of The Well Bean Company for an informal chat about Mental Health and how social media has not only influenced their struggles and opinions surrounding it but how they have been using their platforms to influence and inspire others.

Join us for an intimate evening of incredible plant-based and mood-boosting food, a calming meditation session with Charlotte Wiseman from Step Inside and a thought-provoking and deep discussion surrounding how social media has changed the face of mental health with our amazing influencers. Plus, an amazing goodie bag.

Tickets cost £15 with all profits going to CALM – (The Campaign Against Living Miserably) a leading movement against male suicide with only 20 seats available.
