Don't get stuck in a rut. Find time for one of these more meaningful, mindful experiences instead...
Finding time to dial down the pace and absorb some of the funner/finer/fitness-ier things in life can feel next to impossible, so our advice is to plan some ‘balance time’ and line up one or two life-enhancing, spirit-lifting things to do on your own or with a good friend. Below are some ideas that we’ve added to our own karmic To-Do list.
Of course, if you’d rather spend your precious ‘me time’ horizontal on the sofa, that’s totally understandable too.

The grounds will then be upcycled by their sister company Green Cup, which will then be turned into shop furniture by Smile Plastics — examples of which can be seen at the pop-up.
